1. Ordering & Promotions
When viewing your sliding cart drawer, enter your promotional code in the designated coupon box and press "Apply". Valid coupons include HOME10 for 10% off and MIORA15 for 15% off your entire order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible regional zip codes. All electronic card transactions are encrypted with 256-bit SSL protocols.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Yes, all contiguous US orders of $99 or more qualify for complimentary standard shipping. Orders under $99 ship at a flat rate of $9.99.
For oversized pieces such as velvet sofas, solid oak dining tables, and full-length arch mirrors, our team coordinates a scheduled 2-hour appointment window with room-of-choice placement and packaging disposal.
3. 30-Day Trial & 10-Year Guarantee
From the day of delivery, you have 30 calendar days to enjoy your piece at home. If you decide it's not the perfect fit, email support@homemiora.org with your order number. We will schedule a pickup or send a prepaid shipping label.
Our 10-year warranty protects against any structural failure, joinery separation, kiln-drying defects, spring sag, or metal casting flaws resulting from normal residential use.
